Drone Round is manufactured entirely in-house in the USA. Our holding company owns Ammo Load the company that manufactures the machines, parts, collators, and complete loading systems purpose-built for CUAS ammunition production.
This is not off-the-shelf equipment. These are proprietary machines designed specifically for Drone Round, with all patents around the loading process and equipment owned by us. No outside manufacturer can replicate, license, or compete with what we have built.

We Know Components
Our holding company also owns X-treme Components, one of the largest component manufacturers in the industry. This means we understand scale, volume, and quality at a level most ammunition manufacturers never reach. We are not buying components from a third party and hoping for consistency. We control the supply chain from the component level up.

Our Idaho assembly line features a QC system developed specifically for Drone Round production. Two layers of inspection. Zero bypasses. No sampling. Every single round produced carries this guarantee.
360° Laser Inspection
Every round is measured with extremely tight geometric tolerances across all dimensions using a full-rotation laser inspection system. Deviations no human inspector could detect are identified and removed before the round moves forward.
X-Ray Inspection
(Under Development) We are finishing development of an X-ray inspection system, something never before done in small arms manufacturing at production scale. Internal integrity, powder charge, seating, and primer placement will be verified on 100% of rounds.
